CAMPING "DE ZEVEN GEITJES"
The campsite is open from Friday 9/9 (from 2 pm) to Monday 12/09 (until 12 pm). The camping office with service is open from 2-8 pm.
Admission to the camping is €8 per person per night for hikers or festival tents. A caravan pitch costs 24 euros per night (up to 4 people included), a motorhome pitch (6 by 8 meters) 17 euros per night (up to 4 people included). You can reserve and pay
for the campsite in advance via the website: https://dezevengeitjes.be/ The price of the campsite includes the use of the toilets. You shower with a shower card that you can load at the reception.

Possibility of (paying) breakfast between 8 am and 11 am, including fresh coffee. Ideal to start the day!
There is 1 electricity connection (220V-6A) per camper/caravan.
Your car can stay with the caravan.
Available space per camper is 6m by 8m.
For those who come with a motorbike, there are two options:
You rent a camping spot or camper place and motorcycle can be added to the camping spot.
You rent a tent spot and pay 8 euros extra to place the motorcycle next to your tent.
The campsite "De Zeven geitjes" (Heiken 37 - 2290 Vorselaar) is located 3 km from Evenementenzaal De Dreef (Oostakker 1b - 2290 Vorselaar)
Zaal de Dreef has ample parking options on Oostakker itself, or on the football parking lot OG Vorselaar - Riemenstraat - Vorselaar (100 meters from the venue), you can also park at the KVR-Institute car park in Mgr. Donchelei (300 meters from venue).

At the campsite you can buy a breakfast package every morning (Saturday, Sunday and Monday (9-11am)) for €7.5 are consisting of 2 coffee cakes, 1 yogurt, 1 piece of fruit, 1 fruit juice and 1 chocolate milk and 1 coffee.
On Saturday, Sunday and Monday (9-11am) you also have the option to join a breakfast buffet! Cost €15 for 2 coffee cakes, sandwiches, rolls, cheese, ham, chicken, salami, sausages, butter, yoghurt, fruit salad, fruit juice or chocolate milk, eggs and bacon and 2 coffees.

Sale of chilled beer (only for campers)
Don't feel like tepid cans of beer at your tent?
For €9 you get a cooled six-pack Jupiler (33cl) that you can pick up on the terrace of the campsite (Friday, Saturday, Sunday from 9am-9pm).
For €15 you get a cooled regional beer package (33cl - Baskwadder double and triple and oaked whiskey - 2290 - BAST - Grobbendonkse tripel) that you can pick up on the terrace of the campsite (Friday, Saturday, Sunday from 9am-9pm)
Keep it clean
To keep the campsite tidy, every camper receives a residual waste and a PMD bag on arrival. You can leave this filled with your collected waste at the collection points when you leave.
Free sanitary facilities (toilets, running water) are available on/next to the camping site. Showers (including family showers) are payable via charging card.
You can charge your devices for free at the bar on the camping terrace .
fires Gas fires are allowed. Barbecue is also allowed, but not on the grass, barbecue sets must have legs or stand on stones. In very dry weather, barbecue is often prohibited by the local government (we are in a forest area)
Chill out zone
On the camping terrace (Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday open from 12 noon) you can enjoy a nice beer, hamburger menu, pasta or an ice cream from the IJsroosje (lekdreef van Averbode).
Don't give thieves a chance!
Leave valuables at home if possible. Do not leave it unattended in your tent. As the organizer we are not responsible for any theft.
Lost & Found
Lost/found items are collected at the campsite bar.
There is also a first aid kit available in the office of the campsite.
Not allowed on the campsite:
Noise after midnight
Sticks and any other object that the organization may consider dangerous
Generators, aggregates and music installations
No trade allowed
It is also prohibited to drink alcohol with an alcohol content of more than 0.5 VOL % to be donated to young people under the age of 16. It is prohibited to offer alcoholic beverages to young people under the age of 18.
Anyone who breaks the rules will be denied further access to the campsite. Serious offenders can be prosecuted. A report is always filed.
